We are Kyle and Grethel Keeney — also known as The Keeneys since 2017.
In 2019, we decided to start a business together doing what we both love: cooking and eating good food. Just a few months later, in January 2020, we took a leap of faith and bought a catering company — full of dreams, big goals, and plenty of challenges.

The creative force in the kitchen
Kyle is the Pit Master — you’ll usually find him by the smoker, experimenting with different woods, recipes, and techniques to perfect that rich, smoky flavor. Grethel is the creative force in the kitchen, always dreaming up something new and delicious. Alongside our kids, Schylar and Julia, we’ve been building this business year after year with love and dedication.
But our family doesn’t stop with the four of us. Our incredible team has become our extended family — and truly, they are the heart and soul of what we do.
Kyle is American, Grethel is Nicaraguan (we’ll let you ask us how that story began 😉), and together we make the perfect team — balancing each other out, lifting each other up, and always pushing to go the extra mile.
